Cinemovie not working? Playback and connection help
If Cinemovie opens but a movie or episode will not play, the catalogue and the external player may be having different problems. Work through the checks below before changing browser settings or clearing saved data.
Check whether the website or only the player is affected
Open Movies or TV Shows and then a different title. If browsing works and only one player fails, the problem may be that title or its external provider. If the whole website fails, check your connection and try again later. A failed request alone does not establish a site-wide outage.
If the player is black, slow or keeps buffering
- Use Reload player below the video once and allow time for the external player to respond.
- Choose another available server below the player. Providers can differ in availability, loading speed and device compatibility.
- Pause other downloads and test your internet connection with another website. If possible, compare Wi-Fi with mobile data.
- Try an up-to-date browser. If the issue happens in an in-app browser, open cinemovie.fun in your normal browser instead.
A server button is an alternative provider, not a promise that the title is available. Repeatedly reloading cannot repair an unavailable source.
If there is no sound or subtitles
Check your device volume, whether the browser tab is muted, and the volume control inside the external player. Start playback with a tap if the browser blocks autoplay. Audio tracks, subtitle languages and quality controls belong to the provider and may be unavailable for a particular title.
Protect your saved list while troubleshooting
Reloading a page is different from clearing site data. Clearing browser storage can erase My List and viewing progress. Try a separate browser to compare behavior, but remember that your list will not automatically appear there. What to include when reporting a problem
